Plumbing Sales Technician / Estimator – Victory Plumbing (Savannah, GA)

$40K base + uncapped commission ($100K+ potential)

Victory Plumbing is a locally owned, family-operated plumbing company serving Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill and Garden City. We’re creating our first dedicated sales role. Until now our techs have sold the work and done it too. This role takes the selling off their plate so they can stay focused on the trade.

What you’ll do

• Meet with homeowners after a tech’s diagnosis and present repair and replacement options
• Build relationships with general contractors and builders for new-construction and remodel work
• Read blueprints, do material take-offs, and build accurate quotes in ServiceTitan
• Follow every quote through to a clear yes, no or next step
• Help build our sales process from the ground up, with a path to lead a sales team as we grow

What we’re looking for

• Real plumbing knowledge: plumber, estimator or project coordinator background
• A proven track record of closing sales face-to-face (in-home, contractor or construction sales)
• Able to read blueprints and do take-offs, or the trade experience to learn quickly
• Self-motivated and comfortable owning your own schedule and numbers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Bonus: ServiceTitan experience or existing relationships with Savannah-area contractors
