Customer Care & Dispatcher – Victory Plumbing (Savannah, GA)
$40K – $55K/year + $15 bonus for every after-hours call you book
Weekend and after-hours availability required
Victory Plumbing is a locally owned, family-operated plumbing company serving Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill and Garden City. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused dispatcher to run our daily schedule and be the first voice our customers hear.
What you’ll do
- Answer calls and book residential and commercial service appointments
- Own the dispatch board in ServiceTitan and send techs to the right jobs at the right time
- Keep customers updated on arrival times, delays and schedule changes
- Handle emergency and same-day calls, including on weekends and after hours
- Review work orders for completeness before jobs are closed out
What we’re looking for
- Customer service, dispatch, scheduling or call-center experience
- Friendly, confident and calm on the phone, even with frustrated customers
- Highly organized, able to juggle changing priorities
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Available to work weekends and after hours as needed
- Bonus: ServiceTitan experience or a background in plumbing, HVAC or home services
